So after 2 months of travel, and a month of readjusting to life in New Zealand again, I finally filmed & uploaded a new YouTube video!
YouTube has been a strong passion of mine since 2008. Whether it be watching daily vlogs, creating videos, meeting up with fellow YouTubers or promoting fellow NZ YouTubers online, I’ve consistently been apart of YouTube. This past month I’ve been doing a lot of work trying to get the New Zealand YouTube Facebook page and Twitter running more regularly, with a stream of good kiwi content and helpful resources for video makers and in doing so I’ve made some great new friends. It’s been such fun helping friends find new audiences and connect with fellow NZ YouTubers, but nothing beats uploading your own videos and receiving that feedback from viewers.
My latest video has been a success I’d say. I enjoyed filming it, and am happy with the end result, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. It’s great to be welcomed back into a community I’m so passionate about, and I can’t wait to upload more videos every #Ryday.
I’ve also been involved in organising a meet up in Wellington during December, and am currently planning collaborations with various NZ and international YouTubers. It’s great having this free-time to really focus my energy into my YouTube, so I can start creating a channel I can be proud of. If you would like to join me on my journey, feel free to subscribe, it’s greatly appreciated.
